Reviewed my winjet fog lights on the mail, when I opened it and had my bumper and everything apart I go and grab the fog light for the left side. I look at it and it has a huge v shaped crack in it. I call them up and they say to email them the picture of it. Not only did I not get a reply within a reasonable time frame but they also told me that because it looked like o was going to install it from the photo they weren't going to let me use my warrenty and get a new housing. After a month of arguing back and forth (which was only about 4 emails total) they just stop replying and haven't heard from them since. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Poor quality product, over priced for the under quality product and the worst customer service.

Sent me the wrong 6000k bulbs....TWICE Once i got them and went to install noticed fog light had condensation inside. Whole process took about a month and im still waiting on my new fog light. Awful customer service.

Lack of instructions and Customer Service SUCKS!

The fog light kit came with no instructions. While the lights themselves were easy enough to figure out, the wiring harness had unexplained wires. When I contacted Customer Service for support, the technician was rude right from the start, as well as leaving my questions unanswered. I've made my last purchase from Phastek.

This a very good quality kit for the price. People with past experience installing parts in their vehicles should find this kit fairly easy to install. The only cons for this kit is the lack of installation guide.
