DESIGN IS IN THE DETAILS
They pour ourselves over detail and the Oil Dome is filled with them. The top pocket where the Apex R sits was sculpturally cnc machined to create a unique surface treatment.
MADE FROM A SOLID CHUNK
Making an Oil Dome is not easy. Their machining centers cut away a solid chunk of 6061 T6 aluminum into thin walled billet aluminum Oil Dome.
DOWN TO THE FINISH
They've meticulously refined how our parts are anodized to ensure the best UV resistance against color fade while maintaining all its anti-corrosive and tarnishing properties. The brilliance of our black and silver finishes can be seen and will be easy to maintain.
O-RINGS
The Oil Dome is held in the engine block by two viton o-rings. To install, simply push the Oil Dome into the oil filter opening in the block... That's it!
OIL FILTER CLEARANCE
The color oil filters clear the blue OEM filter and also
the K&N filter with the nut on top. The K&N filter is the
tallest oil filter that will fit this car. Our black and silver oil
filters will not clear the blue OEM filter or the K&N filter.
